Service maid
A participation in cleaning costs of € 80 is required in additional costs.
No bed linen or towels are included in our rates (except weekend and middle week), you can rent its at a cost of € 15/pax.
| How to Reserve ? |

First, ensure the availability of the house against this. Payment terms The resolution of your rent will be done in euros by bank transfer or by check drawn on a French bank. - 30% for booking and the balance no later than 7 days before the start date of your rent. Any bank fees associated with your method of payment that will be charged to your security deposit.
We require a security deposit of € 450 for every possible case, shall be paid with the balance by check drawn on a French bank or by bank transfer at least 7 DAYS prior to the date of rent.
We'll refund your security deposit by the same channel, no later than 14 days after your departure.
